Rotation Thrusters are basic thrusters designed to increase turning speed.

Strategy and Setup[ | ]

Advantages[ | ]

Rotation Thrusters are best used on ships that turn slowly by default, in particular battleships and destroyers. The faster turning speed prevents enemies from maneuvering into the blind spots of your ships, keeping them inside your firing arc all the time.

Disadvantages[ | ]

Rotation Thrusters decrease the forward speed of your ships, this makes them extremely easy to kite by carriers which outrange all other ships. Ships with Rotation Thrusters also have great difficulty catching up to enemies who decide to flee, or running from those who decide to blitz your fleet.
