The Shockwave Shield is the basic Explosive-resisting ship shield.

Strategy and Setup[ | ]

Advantages[ | ]

Shockwave Shields are highly versatile because Explosive-type weapons vary greatly in range and are used in a variety of fights, including the popular Manifold Missile rush and Vector/NET battleships that kite almost everything. They also counter one of the best pre-Xeno Division base weapons - the SICO Missile Turret.

Disadvantages[ | ]

If you want maximum shield energy on your ships, you should go for Spectral Shields instead. Only use this shield if you expect to be fired upon by mostly Explosive weapons.
